Bourbon Ganache 🥃

This bonbon is like when you take a picture of a mirror and in the mirror you see yourself and also the mirror forever and ever. Except you are Mystic Distillery cocoa bourbon, and the mirror is our chocolate. First, we roast and winnow the nibs. Then Mystic steeps those nibs in their bourbon to make cocoa bourbon. THEN we stir that cocoa bourbon into our already luxurious dark chocolate ganache and what we get is the deepest, richest chocolate bourbon combo we’ve ever had. Finished with a sprinkling of black lava salt because this bonbon is seriously dark and seriously delicious.

Chewy Coffee Crunch Caramel

This chewy caramel is addictive, and not just because of the caffeine! We infuse the cream with Black&White coffee and heat it gently the next morning to get a deep flavor that will stand up to a mountain of caramelized sugars. We pour the caramel over a blanket of nutty cocoa nibs so each bite has an excellent crunch. It’s sweet, salty, crunchy and dangerously snack-able.

Orange Ganache 🍊

Organic California Cara Cara navel oranges are the secret to this most perfect of chocolate oranges. We use both the zest in the cream and the slightly tart juice folded into the milk chocolate filling. It’s rich, sweet and citrusy, and in a hefty dome shape so you get lots of creamy filling. If you really want to feel like a kid again, follow these recommended eating instructions: pop the whole thing in your mouth and enjoy it in one delightful bite.

Raspberry Caramel

This one will be familiar if you stopped by in December, but we just couldn’t bear to say goodbye so we got our hands on a ton more raspberry puree and we’re doing our best to keep it in stock! If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting for? IMHO, raspberry + chewy caramel + chocolate is a triple threat.

Rose Caramel 🌹

This bonbon is for when you want to be the person who stops to smell the roses, but actually it’s caramel that sets your heart a-flutter. To get the fresh rosy flavor, we infuse the cream with dried organic rose petals and lemon zest, plus add lots of floral NC honey to the sugars. The result is a melt-in-your-mouth caramel with a buttery floral finish.

Single Origin Ganache — vegan!

A rotating exploration of our favorite single origins turned into luscious vegan ganaches! From brownie batter Guatemalan, to floral Ecuador, to extra nutty Colombian, each origin brings its own unique flavor to the table. Enveloped in our 70% classic dark, made from our signature blend of beans, for that perfect (and fully plant-based!) dark chocolate finish every time.

Spicy Cinnamon Ganache

The best part of this bonbon is waiting for the heat to subtly creep in. This sweet and spicy milk chocolate ganache gets its kick from red jalapeño flakes. Unlike most jalapeño, California's Fire Tongue Farms lets these ripen on the vine so they are super sweet and flavorful. To get that classic sweet-heat combo, we add Burlap & Barrel's Vietnamese Royal Cinnamon. Take a nibble and wait for the fun to start!

Strawberry Gelee — Vegan! 🍓

I’ve got a confession. I absolutely love the idea of chocolate-covered strawberries, but I’ve never actually enjoyed the experience of eating one! The cold strawberry and the crunchy chocolate just never hit the spot for me. Enter, strawberry gelée! This perfectly bouncy fruit paté is bursting with strawberry flavor, but has an almost creamy texture (despite containing zero animal products – pectin is magical!). Add a coat of our 70% dark chocolate to offset that fruity sweetness, and place a tiny dried strawberry bit on top and it’s even better than we had imagined.
