With sunshine and daffodils finally in abundance, it’s officially time to welcome our spring bonbon line! This season’s highlights include a juicy new gelée, our head confectioner’s favorite caramel and an army of bunnies. Blueberry Gelée – vegan! 🫐

Now we’re not ones to be overly attentive to looks, but if there were a bonbon beauty contest, this one wins, hands down. The gelée is dark purple from the pounds of juiced blueberries, but also transparent from the magic of sugars and pectin, so each little scrap is like a tiny pane of stained glass. After we send them through the chocolate waterful, we joyfully drop a single, hand-smushed dried Cape Cod blueberry on every perfect square. Each blueberry is different and wonderful, as is each recipient of this luscious bite of spring. 

Carrot Coriander Caramel 🥕

Every now and then we like to sneak a real weirdo into the lineup. It's the kind of flavor that sounds a little crazy, but we ask that you embrace your adventurous side and give it a whirl! Carrie's Carrot Coriander Caramel is that flavor. We steep lightly ground fresh coriander in the heavy cream, mix in organic carrot juice and add local honey and organic molasses to the caramelized sugars. The result is a citrusy, chocolatey, carrot cake-esque joy that we double dog dare you to try. 

Chewy Rosemary Caramel

Imagine the sweet scent of purple rosemary flowers wafting to your nose as you sit on the fluffiest of grass soaking up the sun. Now embrace your inner bunny and take a nibble! That’s this caramel – sweet, savory, superb.  

Sunflower Ganache – vegan!

This ganache has it all: the sunflower seed butter is rich and nutty, maple syrup and salt add in the sweet and salty, and organic lemon juice rounds it all out with a bright pop. The texture is smooth, fudgy and dangerously snackable. It also happens to be vegan and (as always) nut-free!

Tahini Cups – vegan!

This sweet, salty and real chonker of a treat is big enough to share, but only if you really love them. Tahini and toasted sesame seeds provide the nutty flavor and satisfying chew in the filling, but don’t be fooled by the nostalgic shape, the chocolate shell is as dark and flavorful as all the chocolate we make. We think you’ll love our take as much as we do. 🤤
