Our summer menu has arrived just in time to enjoy with your daily sauna and 90 degree evenings. Whether you’re craving a refreshing fruit and chocolate combo, a luxurious seasonal ganache, or one of our tried and true classic offerings, we’ve got something sweet just for you!

Hot Honey Ganache🌶️

There’s no escaping the heat this time of year. In fact, we say you might as well embrace it. To help, we’ve made our spiciest creation yet, introducing: hot honey ganache. We’ve taken chiles from around the world and married their spice to our favorite local honey from Uwharrie Mountain in Western North Carolina. Add our rich and creamy milk chocolate to the mix and you've got yourself a lingeringly spicy delight to enjoy all summer long.

Roasted Peach Paprika Gelee — vegan!

It’s finally the season of the stonefruit to rule them all: the glorious NC peach! This gelée is basically just peaches – about a kilo a batch, blanched, skinned, sugared, roasted, pureed, and then set with pectin to a bouncy fruit paté. To add a little savory to this sugar bomb, we sprinkle in bright sweet paprika before we cover it all in dark chocolate. Obviously we’re biased, but we think the result is downright peachy keen. 

Chewy Cherry Lime Caramel 🍋‍🟩

This juicy chewy caramel is one we can't wait to bring back each summer. Its refreshing wave of flavors starts from the deepest depths of caramelized sugars, moves through the zippy land of tart cherry with a delightful lime twist, and slowly gives way to a calm buttery-rich sea. For a truly authentic North Carolina summer experience, best enjoyed in 98% humidity with a hot breeze.

Coffee Ganache — Vegan!

This vegan mocha ganache is what I imagine would happen if you chocolate-ified my favorite summer afternoon pick me up: a decaf oat milk mocha (preferably enjoyed while sitting on a screen porch under a ceiling fan). To get the best coffee flavor we start with Black & White's sugarcane process decaf coffee as the flavor base for an oat milk ganache. We add tangy sorghum syrup and a whiff of royal cinnamon to deepen the flavors before it’s piped into a voluminous dome shell – perfect for popping whole into your mouth for a several minutes long coffee-fueled-treat-devouring experience.
