Chewy Honey Rosemary Caramel
Our seasonal chewy gets a springy new upgrade! We infuse the cream with organic rosemary and add local honey to our sugar mix. Each perfect little caramel square get sprinkling of rosemary-scented raw sugar to nudge this slightly savory treat back to the side of sweetness.
Strawberry Hibiscus Ganache
This vegan ganache is inspired by the strong fruity vibes of our 75% Uganda chocolate. To get the juiciest, fruitiest, strawberry-est ganache, we've paired this chocolate with strawberry purée made in-house from local, organic strawberries and organic hibiscus powder. We then decorate each bonbon with a tiny, dried strawberry bit which is both berry cute and berry delicious.
Carrot Coriander Caramel
Every now and then we like to sneak a real weirdo into the lineup. It's the kind of flavor that sounds a little crazy, but we ask that you embrace your adventurous side and give it a whirl! Carrie's Carrot Coriander Caramel is that flavor. We steep lightly ground fresh coriander in the heavy cream, mix in organic carrot juice and add local honey and organic molasses to the caramelized sugars. The result is a citrusy, chocolatey, carrot cake-esque joy. It's also a Good Food Award finalist (and a winner in our hearts!).
Banana Jasmine Ganache
To make this treat, we stir organic fair-trade banana purée into a jasmine-infused milk chocolate ganache spiked with local honey. The texture is soft and fluffy and the flavor is like eating banana bread at a spring picnic with the flowers blooming all around you (read: dreamy!).
✿ Sunflower Butter Bar ✿
This bar is a slab of creamy sunflower butter ganache made with organic, fresh-squeezed lemon juice and topped with a house-made sliver of candied lemon zest. It's sweet, salty, and nutty (and also vegan and nut-free!).
