Four bonbons with varying decorations

Top left: Honey Chipotle Ganache, Top right: Chewy Cherry Lime Caramel, Bottom left: Pineapple Paprika Caramel, Bottom right: Root Beer Ganache (vegan)

Honey Chipotle Ganache

This harmony of flavor is created when our milk and dark chocolates join forces and work together to introduce sweet, smoky, and spicy notes all in the same delicious bite. This bonbon is made with a very fruity honey from Greensboro, NC that pairs perfectly with the savory and smoky notes the chipotle flakes bring to the table. First, it’s sweet and then it’s smoky. At last, you’re left with a touch of spice in the aftermath of it all.

Finished off with a milk chocolate zebra stripe, this bonbon is just the perfect bite of summertime, reminiscent of evenings grilling out in the backyard.

Chewy Cherry Lime Caramel

The double flavor whammy of tart juice cherry and freshly zested limes makes a standout complement to our standard chewy caramel base. Sweet like a chic-a-cherry cola, with a refreshing citrus twist, and a juicy bit of cherry right on top, it’ll leave you with peak summer on the mind (and Savage Garden stuck in your head–sorry or you’re welcome!)

Pineapple Paprika Caramel

In my family growing up there was never a question about dessert in the summer. It was going to be pineapple upside down cake, with canned pineapple rings and yellow cake and it was going to be delicious. So pineapple and caramel will always be a supremely nostalgic and absolutely delightful combination to me. For our take on this most perfect of summer desserts, we start with fresh pineapple and finish with sweet Hungarian paprika, with a mountain of butter and caramelized sugars between.

Root Beer Ganache (vegan)

Confectioner’s pick! <3

For some reason pop just tastes better when it’s 100 degrees out. Maybe it’s the whole sensory experience of the bottle wet with condensation and the cap making that satisfying sigh when you get it off, and the tiny fog that appears and disappears as quick, and then of course that first cold quenching sip! We can’t explain it, but it did make us want to include a classic soda flavor in our summer slate. Enter: root beer! The TLDR on this one is: so. many. spices. We’ve got burdock root (because it is ROOT beer afterall…) plus coriander, fennel, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla, fresh ginger, and just a touch of Euphrates mint for that barely there cooling effect. We make a super spicy cocoa tea with all those and stir it into a blend of our dark chocolates for a super dark, super rich (super vegan!) summer treat.
