90% Ecuador - An intense, earthy chocolate with hints of nuttiness. Our owner’s favorite bar.

75% Ecuador - Hints of blueberry and hazelnut shine in this subtle, balanced chocolate.

75% Dominican Republic - A bold burst of cherry and walnut, perfect alongside a glass of red wine.

75% Guatemala - A naturally creamier bar due to the cocoa butter found in the Guatemalan beans, this bar features notes of citrus and caramel.

75% Tanzania - Aromatic and abstract, this bar is a bit tart and vegetal.
